Hello!
This is Addalyn Worster, daughter of Steve and Andrea Worster. She is a 2x State Champion Swimmer and will be a Junior this coming fall at KHS. And here is why we want to help her...
Her Story
Addalyn was born with Neurofibromatosis or NF as they call it.
One of her symptoms is now Optic glioma, which is a tumor that is located on the optic nerve behind her eye and causes loss of vision.

Addalyn is currently under treatment at the University of Iowa for her condition. Treatment is 60 weeks of chemo to reduce or eliminate the tumor.

The first scan shows that the tumor is reducing, so that is good news, however, the costs are literally astronomical for this family, so we (along with many sponsors here in Keokuk) are trying to help this family with medical bills, gas and anything else they might need.
We are offering these t-shirts to be purchased online, extra small to xlarge for $25 and 2x - 4x for $35.
When purchased the shirt can be picked up right here in our office 612 main street here in Keokuk. All of the proceeds will go to the family.
